About
I help smart women be heard.
Helping smart professionals find their voice, grow their confidence and influence, and communicate with clarity is the work I’m most passionate about — because your voice matters.
When we speak with clarity, confidence and authenticity, we create the freedom to contribute meaningfully — and be recognised for it. This isn’t just essential for individual advancement. It boosts engagement, innovation, and performance across entire organisations.
Our voice — how we sound, what we say, and how we say it — is one of our most powerful tools for influence. Yet for many women, especially in technical or male-dominated fields, internal barriers can get in the way of speaking up and being heard.
That’s why I speak, train and mentor individuals and teams — to help people break through those barriers and develop the presence, clarity and confidence to use their voice to lead.
With more than 30 years’ experience in behaviour change, communication, media and advisory roles, I’ve worked with professionals and organisations across the globe. I bring particular insight to the food, nutrition and science sectors, helping women in these fields build their visibility and influence with authenticity and strength.
I’m currently working on my next book:
Why Smart Women Don’t Speak Up – Breaking Barriers to Advancing Female Leadership and Enhancing Organisational Performance, due for release in 2026.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, journaling, yoga and sharing good food — especially when it creates space for the kind of honest, human conversations where everyone feels seen, heard and valued.
Ultimately, your voice matters — and when you learn to use it, everything changes.
