Executive Communication Mentoring is designed to support senior leaders, technical experts and emerging executives to strengthen their communication presence and influence. Through tailored one-on-one mentoring, leaders develop practical strategies to communicate more clearly, navigate challenging conversations, contribute with greater authority and ensure their ideas are heard and acted on.

This mentoring is particularly valuable for leaders working in technical, scientific, food, innovation and quality-focused environments, where expertise is high but communication challenges can often limit influence, visibility or impact. Sessions are tailored to the individual and may focus on areas such as executive presence, stakeholder communication, handling difficult dynamics, speaking with confidence in senior meetings, presenting complex ideas clearly, managing visibility and strengthening leadership communication style.

Drawing on more than 30 years of experience working across the food, nutrition and health sectors — including leadership communication, media training, stakeholder engagement and behaviour change communication — Sharon combines practical communication strategies with a supportive, insightful and commercially grounded approach.
